

1 / How much is hall hire?
The hire fee is £18 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours, which includes time to set up and clear away.
We offer discounted rates for weekly or monthly events

2 / When do you hire?
Our hall bookings are split into 2 sessions on Saturdays at either 09.30 - 12.30 or 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
Afternoon sessions are flexible and can be booked for anytime between 1.30 pm and 7 pm.

Due to a church service, we only have availability to hire on Sundays from 3pm onwards..
3 / What are the hall dimensions?
60' x 30' for the main hall
Our hall has a maximum capacity of 180 people.
4 / Can I hire a bouncy castle?
Yes, providing its PAT tested and the provider has public liability insurance.
5 / Can I bring my own food & drink
Yes, you can bring your own food and use our kitchen. We have plenty of cups for tea and coffee and a hot water urn.
Alcohol is permitted providing it is not being sold.
All rubbish and recycling must be taken away.
6 / Can I book for regular hire?
Please contact us for regular booking slots, or visit our Hallmaster booking system to check availability. Along with the main hall, we have our upstairs gallery room which fits a maximum of 30 people and has its own kitchen and bathroom which is separate from the main hall; We also have the downstairs Jean Agnew room, which also holds 30 people and has an access hatch to the kitchen.
7 / Do I need to clean the hall?
Please leave the hall tidy and in the same condition as when you entered. All spillages must be mopped up and any rubbish taken away.
The kitchen must be clean and all items washed up and put away.
